All Nomadic Structures tiny homes are built with expert craftsmanship using high quality materials.

On average, a tiny home takes 4 to 6 months to complete. Once built and the final review is complete, we'll deliver your tiny home anywhere in continental North America.

You can choose either traditional fiberglass or closed cell spray foam insulation.

+ Can I move my Nomadic Structures tiny home?

Our tiny homes are designed to feel permanent, but to be moveable. With the right sized tilt bed truck, you can tow your tiny home anywhere you like. Although we do recommend professional assistance if you're not experienced with this kind of operation.

+ Are utilities required for a Nomadic Structures tiny home?

Yes. You’ll need an electrical outlet with a 50 amp circuit or 30 amp circuit (depending on electrical needs) and a simple garden hose connection for water. Options are available for upgrading sewage facilities.

We deliver from Philomath, Oregon to anywhere in continental North America. The delivery fee is $3 per mile.

  3. When your tiny home is ready, we'll do a final review together prior to delivery.
